RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to issues with size, color, or any defect, we offer an exchange within 2 days of product delivery. Before proceeding with an exchange, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure the item meets the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags must remain intact.
- The item must be faulty, or incorrect in size or color.
- The returned item must be received by us within 2 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
- All associated costs, including shipping, taxes, and duties, are to be covered by the customer at all times.
Please note that exchanges are limited to one per order, and no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds. If an item is found to be faulty or defective, it can only be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not accept exchanges due to customer preferences, as all items are custom-made to order. Formal and bridal wear, in particular, are non-refundable. In cases of non-payment, customers are provided with a 7-day notice to settle their balance. Please note that any advance payments are non-refundable.
